Eva Papamargariti’s work delves into the continually shifting realm between physical and artificial systems. It resists fixed static morphologies, triggers conditions that stand on the verge between the ubiquitous and the hidden, value and deficiency, vernacular and formal, desire and repulsion. Using digitally constructed sequences/environments, Papamargariti grasps today’s distortive fragments without any beautification.
